The other doubts are related with create o associate a voice channel through our PBX. We use a cloud based 3CX pbx with a FQDN.
We are not sure how to enable that a call in our PBX is able to hint the Virtual Assist.
What we need to create in our side (PBX) to hint the Virtual Assistant in Kore.ai platform?
From our side we can create a SIP trunk to connect with Kore.ai
Or a “Call Flow” program to execute some actions like these:
Maybe we should use the Webhook URL in our side?
