Changing underlying architecture/component for serving dashboards faster

Dear Users,

This is to inform you that we are changing some underlying components to serve the dashboard better and faster. This will improve the performance of the dashboards and it will load much sooner. This will be done in phases.

As of now, we have covered the below dashboards in 10.1.14. More will be migrated soon.
