Can't unpublish a task

Hi, I published a test task and now I can’t delete nor unpublish this task what should I do in order to hide this task from users ? ?

Hi @hugo_vincent, You can un-publish (Suspend) the task by managing it from the bot admin console. Please follow the below steps:

  1. Access the bot admin console at https://bots.kore.ai/Admin/
  2. Access the consumer bots or enterprise bot section on the left pane under which your bot should be available.
  3. Select the ellipse icon beside the bot and click on Manage bot tasks
  4. Un-select the tasks from the bot tasks list and click on save

HI @Subrahmanyam I tried this and have 0 tasks active for the bot I want to delete. When I try deleting it now, it still says I have published tasks. What can I do?

I want to either delete the bot or change its name so it can be used in a new bot.
