Can't I get it as xlsx or csv ansi in the custom dashboard?

In Korea, MS Excel is mainly used, so secondary changes such as changing UTF-8 to ANSI for files received in csv or using Google Spreadsheet are essential.

Customers report discomfort due to this part.

Any solution?
