Cannot login into SmartAssist if 2FA is enabled in XO platform

If 2FA is enabled in XO platform, we are unable to login into SmartAssist. We see a version call that is failing:

Enabling Two FA on XO Builder - Admin Console.

Not able to login into SA.

Solution/Workaround We were able to resolve this issue by removing the 2FA from the admin console.
