Can we enable group chat feature in bot build on kore.ai platform?
Like people having same conversation in a group with bot. Like we create group on WhatsApp or teams.

Apologies for the delay in our update. The options to be able to chat with the bot in a group is dependent on whether a channel will allow adding a bot in the bot group or have a mechanism to mention a bot within a group.

For example in Slack channel, we can add the apps (bot) within the same channel as we have users so it is possible to talk to the bot with @botname.

If we are able to have such option in Teams or Whatsapp we should be able to achieve the usecase.
