I am just trying to see whether we can implement calling an agent from the chat window using websdk. I need suggestion how to do that if we can?

Thank you for reaching out. Currently, the option to directly initiate a call to an agent from the chat window is not supported using WebSDK. Conversations can only be initiated from the agent side.
Regarding your inquiry about implementing this feature using the WebSDK, while we understand its importance, our team currently does not have a specific implementation plan for this functionality.
