Can someone guide me what I need to do for Kore Bot to Salesforce case creation?

I don’t find a helpful guide over the internet. If someone knows how to achieve this, please guide me.
I already have Kore Bot to Salesforce agent transfer in place.

I have agent transfer to Salesforce in place. Now, I need to be able to create cases in Salesforce. Do you have any idea about that? Or some reference?
