Hi Srihari,

Please let us know the following details:

1- Are you observing this behavior for all the bots in your account?
2- Open F12 >> network tab >> Now, click on download in bot builder and observe the failed network call and send us the network HAR file. (Right-click in the network tab >> select “copy all as HAR”)

a) Yes, I am observing this behavior for all the bots in my account, only in Chrome Browser, But it working fine in mozilla firefox browser.

2-send us the network HAR file.
a) please tell me how to attach files here

Hi @srihari.posanapalli,

We are able to download the bot export appropriately in chrome and other browsers too.
We recommend you to check your browser settings for downloads and pop-ups.

There could be a setting at the browser level that is blocking these downloads.
