Hello every one
I am tring to make universal bot for two different bot and different language.
one in arabic and one in english i tring also to connect the universal bot with smartassist to make call bot but its not working with me can any one help with this.
lets say the universal bot scenario is ( hello do you want to speak in english or do you want to speak in arabic) so when the user say arabic the bot will go to linked arabic bot if the user say english the bot will go to english linked bot
how can i make the bot do that and let him understand when the user say arabic the bot must change the language to arabic lang even with english
