Bot was not able to flow to the next step in Web Channel Mode

Hi Team,

Suddenly from yesterday we are not able to invoke the ‘agent to transfer’ functionality in web/channel channel after the Entity Call. We have configured the smart assist & Kore AI Builder. Initially it was working fine, I have made a small changes in the User Panel hope it was impact/affect any bridge between them. Kindly take a look on this one.
