Bot successfully published in Kore.ai channel - does not respond to any text

Hi,
I have a bot successfully published in Kore.ai channel, but does not respond to any text. Even I would like to do small talk.
During development everything worked fine.
Once I published bot in the editing mode bot not respond on any text.
Could you please help with the issue?

We hope the issue is resolved.

As per the above post, we infer that the bot was not responding even in the chat window of the bot builder.
