Bot is not responding on the platform as well as in WebSDK

Hi Team,

Bot is not responding on the platform. It is showing Connecting. I have been testing it since yesterday still I am not able to see the Bot Interface.

Are you still observing the issue?
If yes, does the bot have botKit connected to it?
