When talking to the bot directly in the Kore.ai test chat window, the bot responds exactly how I expect. When I publish the bot and talk to it in Webex Teams, it does not respond until you talk to it a second time.
Webex Teams e.g.:
@boticreated What is the status of the ticket?
bot responds The status is Opened
If I don’t talk to the bot the second time with something like “test” or anything else, it just won’t respond. So it’s not a timing issue.
