What’s the best way to handle FAQs with big dataset?
How BIG is your big data set? Are your FAQs numbered in the 100’s, 1000’s or more? I’ve had success using ‘Answers from Documents’ as an alternate to FAQs assuming the data set is of a limited size. This feature allows questions to be phrased in a simple form like "explain to me " or “summarize the major points of ”. Search Assist may also be an option for very large data sets.
