One of the reasons why you don’t see the batch testing tab in the bot builder is when there is no test suite added and it didn’t run to see the test reports.
The report will come with the same name that you have given at the time of test suite creation and after running the same, you would be able to see all available options in the builder under the batch testing tab. The visibility of the batch test reports are irrespective of the users.
