basic auth for service now

As i am trying to build a auth for a service now api call it is forbidding and giving error 400 . Authorization URL used is https://{{instance}}.service-now.com/api/tnse/create_incident

But when i am using https://{{instance}}.service-now.com/api/now/table/incident is working so what parameters needs to be kept in consideration.

help asap
