can anyone tell difference between all assist available and xo platform … can we use XO stanalone… and is smart assist comes with xo or we need to purchase seperate

XO platform is specifically for bot development, while SmartAssist is one of the customer service assistants we provide for contact center experience.
Each of our Assists can be individually used, or can be used along with the XO Platform (bots).
If you are looking for Enterprise plans, then licenses will have to be purchased separately. But if you would like to use these products we also have a Standard Plan .
