API response code 403

Hello,
We tried to use a REST Custom Service, but am getting a status=403. However, when tested in Postman, there was no error. What could be the reason?

Thank you! I received the investigation findings from your email. And I would like to share this with everyone, as I could not find similar documentation anywhere.

“Kore platform supports only ports ‘80’ and ‘443’. Hence, as you are using port ‘90’, the service request is not successful.”

Thank you @sheela.dimayuga for adding our response here. Yes, it would be truly be helpful for other developers who could come across the same issue. We have only white listed these two ports for security reasons and we’d mention the same on our documentation, indeed.
