Api key for servicenow integration

To make a service now integration profile we need to create a authorization profile of basic auth type but my question is call api key which you’ll have given as a type under same can also be used.

So I am just asking that it is possible to make an authorization profile with type api key ( one of the type given) so as to raise a ticket in service now. I had already made an authorization profile with basic auth type but is it possible to have it with api key that too in auth?
