I am trying to building kw-ontology programmatically. Are there any API support available to do so?

There is no API support but there is a tool/ accelerator we provide to facilitate ontology generation.
The readme.md has the documentation.
We do recommend not to completely rely on ontology generator and have manual review and edits too for fine tuning desired result.
