API data gets mixed up when the API is parallely called by 2 or more users

When making a API call if at the same time another user access the service call method the response coming from the api call gets mixed up and a invalid data is returned to the following user

Is there any way we could avoid this, we are using MS teams as the channel

Hi @chatbotcognigy56,

Is the issue observed only in the MS teams channel?
Can you please verify it with the Email channel or any other channel and let us know.

We are using MS teams channel

The issue is resolved now, seems like we had assigned the value captured in Bot Context which used set it globally
