In my bot, I aim to get answers based on user questions by using the Search AI option from Knowledge AI and I have used the Web Crawl feature for response from website. I have set up the retrieval settings, answer configuration, and search results; please check the attached screenshots for details.
However, the output is not meeting my expectations. Even when the answer is not in the documents or web content, the bot still gives a response instead of activating the fallback task. Ideally, the bot should only reply if relevant information is found; if not, it should use the fallback behavior.
