We want to notify you all that, as a default action, we have deprecated Recording support for V1 on the platform, and consequently, recording functionality will no longer operate for V1 SmartAssist.
For Users still on V1 SmartAssist we recommend you all to migrate to V2 version, as all the new features and enhancements are included in V2 SmartAssist
However, if business requirements necessitate the continuation of V1, the below specific steps must be followed to configure it.
Work around:
To update existing bots, modify any parameter and then publish the bot.
For instance, you can change the language and proceed with republishing.
This serves as the most effective workaround to address this issue.
- Navigate to your SmartAssist Account → Advanced Settings
- Change any voice preference and Save
- Publish the bot in bot builder.
