Agents Transfer

Hi Team,

I need some help with transferring a chat to an agent. If I don’t have any agent platforms such as SNOW/Salesforce but I am interested in bringing agents onto a new platform, preferably pre built platforms like Kore. My goal is to accomplish this with minimal integrations or code setup, and I want to initiate the ability to transfer chats to agents, with Kore serving as my starting point.

Whats the best path?

I appreciate your quick response. As previously mentioned, our organization does not currently utilize any ITSM tools. I am interested in exploring a straightforward, no-code solution like SmartAssist or AgentAssist provided by Kore.ai and would like to understand the steps involved in directly integrating these solutions into our XO Bot Builder workflow. How can this integration be accomplished?
