I am trying to connect SERVICESNOW channel for Agent transfer so i am unable to found chat transcript download option is it any option or configuration there for Chat transcript to download option available for user to download or user will get chat conversations bw user and Agent .

From Kore.ai one can download the entire chat with chat history public API. However, there is no button to download the chat by default. You may need to customize Web-SDK or host a service to convert the JSON output to text for the user to download it.
