I would like to ask a question that whether Kore.AI Agent Transfer has the capability to direct the transfer based on the right agent (i.e checking on the parameters such as Agent Load/Roster,Location of the Agent, Time zone etc…)

@anubhavkapoor The platform cannot identify on its own on agents load, timezone and other variables. Bot developer has to write respective methods and API’s to identify the above parameters, so the bot is intelligent enough to allocate agents appropriately.
