We have encountered an inconsistency in the agent escalation between two bots within the same account. In one bot (Please refer the below images)
the agent transfer process is functioning as expected, following these configuration steps:
1.Skill group and skills creation.
2.Queue creation.
3.Hours of operation configuration.
4.Agent onboarding.
5.Creation of an agent transfer dialog task with user confirmation.
6.Enabling Kore in Agent Transfer under Configurations → Integrations → Agent transfer → Chat.
However, despite replicating these exact steps in another bot within the same account (Please refer the below images)
the agent transfer is not being initiated as anticipated.
