Bot have to ask additional questions which are created by my machine learning model. Please help me with the solution

for example;

Consider i am creating a chatbot which collects user ratings for my website

user:HI
bot:Hey
user:calling intent
bot:Please enter your name
user:Gowtham
bot:Please provide ratings for website
user:4
bot:Please share your experience
user: UI has good design. There is bit delay of delay between functions

Now this answer should be passed to the machine learning model(Python code) and code generates some set of questions and i need to ask them to user.

Please help me with solution.
