Add Few more buttons for carousel template

Hi Team ,

As a welcome a message, i am using a single carousel template , which at preset displays the 3 buttons with values as shown below

  1. Create Service Request
  2. Create Incident
  3. Ticket Status

I want to add more values which should look like below.

  1. Create Service Request
  2. Create Incident
  3. Ticket Status
  4. Transfer to live Agent
  5. Request a callback

Currently carousel doesn’t supports more than 3 buttons, But my welcome message should have image and 5 buttons. Please let me know what is the best way to do it.

Hi @arulvelug,

We have verified the Carousel template in the Web/mobile client channel at our end.

The javascript template code can be customized as per your requirement. You can also add the required number of buttons in the code.
