Hi everyone, I am currently working on the development and sustainment of our HR Chatbot, Mya at Enbridge Inc.

My role was HR business lead during the chatbot project & implementation in 2020, and I’ve been working with the Kore.ai platform ever since.

We integrate with Workday and are focusing on continuous improvement and sustainment. We will be implementing Live Agent Transfer mid-2022.

I’m hoping to connect with others in this community who have expertise in development, and those who can offer tips/solutions, best practices, and any insights that would be helpful. I’ll be sure to reciprocate & offer any solutions/learnings that I have to help others as well.

Outside of work I like to have fun playing video games, enjoying the outdoors (hiking & biking, skiing in the winter, or relaxing in my yard), and definitely drinking coffee & relaxing.
