Service Now & Salesforce API Integration

Hi all,

I’m looking for best practices and guides how easily to integrate Service Now.

My main goal is to easy achieve already done workflows in SNOW to be easily integrated within the bot without repeat all the flows in bot flow.

• Create Incident
• List my incidents

If someone can share examples or best practice that would be great.

Service now integration through api key authorization profile creation

Hi Sweta, This is as general as any 3rd party API integration. You can use the service node in the dialog tasks and integrate the ServiceNow API with the service node as per the dialog flow.
