Introduce delay via script node

Hi,

I am having an requirement where we wanted to have a 10sec delay in the bot before we check something. I have used multiple java script codes but nothing works. Please let us know if there is a way to do it.

I do not want to use third party API for introducing delay. Please let me know if there is any other way to achieve this.

Hi @baguntur,

We assume that the javascript delay code/functions will not be working in this case as we need to add delay between message nodes unlike functions execution.
However, we will check this with our development team and confirm.

We would like to know the reason behind not using the delay API for this requirement.

Our client doesn’t accept any third party API’s to be used. So we are looking for an alternative solution.
