📢 Important Announcement: Changes to Kore.ai Support Portal Login Process [Effective July 19th, 2025]

Dear Users,

As part of our ongoing efforts to enhance your experience with Kore.ai, we are introducing an important update to the login process for the Kore.ai Support Portal, effective July 19th 2025.

:arrows_counterclockwise: What’s Changing?

Current Login Experience:
By default, all users are currently redirected to the Kore Platform US instance (https://bots.kore.ai) login page and are required to use their XO Platform credentials (created on bots.kore.ai or platform.kore.ai) in order to log in to the Support Portal at support.kore.ai.

We wanted to simplify this process.

New Login Experience (Effective July 19th, 2025):
You will now have the flexibility to log in directly using:
:closed_lock_with_key: Username & Password – Your Kore.ai Support Portal credentials

This means easier access, easier self-managed credentials, and sign-up

:white_check_mark: What Do Existing and New Users Need to Know?

  • Existing Users:
    You will just need to reset your password once by clicking on the “Forgot Password” option. You will receive an email. After that, you can log in using your new credentials.

  • New Users:
    You can register directly on the portal using the “Sign Up” button. Simply activate your email to get started.

:bulb: Why This Change?

We’re simplifying the login experience to:

  • Offer a more user-friendly and flexible authentication option

  • Avoid making the users sign up on https://bots.kore.ai (US region) for accessing the Support Portal.

:rocket: What Should You Do Now?

Starting July 19th, 2025, for logging in to the Kore.ai support portal,

  1. Visit support.kore.ai
  2. If you are an existing user or you have logged on to the portal previously, use the ‘forgot password’ option.
  3. If you are new to the Kore support portal, sign up.
  4. Log in using your updated or newly created credentials

How will this effect organisations using SSO to access support?

For users logging in via SSO, their profiles are already registered on the portal. They simply need to reset their password once using the “Forgot Password” option on the login page.

So our current SSO users won’t be able to just use our SSO to log into support, like they do today then?

That seems like a backwards step to me!?

SSO authentication is being removed from the Support Portal.
