Download or upload the same document file to One drive that user uploads via kore.ai

Hi Team,
A user first uploads an attachment, then we want to upload the same attachment to One drive or any folder.
Please help how can we perform this.

This is possible but needs a step in between.
The file attachment generates a ‘one time access’ link. So to download the attachment, you may use the BotKit and upload to your destination of choice from there.
Refer to Attachment to service API - #12 by swagata.sengupta it may come in handy.
