Custom Dashboard clarification

Continuing the discussion from Feedback buttons after every FAQ :

I have created an FAQ bot using knowledge graph with 300 questions and have tested them all.
later I tried creating a Custom Dashboard and selected the following:

  1. Dataset : Analytics
  2. Select : MetricType - I clicked on “Run” and it showed a list "successintents, failedtask " and few other details.
  3. Filter By : - (Tried “=successintents” , but could not see any difference)
  4. Group By : (shows invalid to any value given )
  5. Sort By :

I tried using the Pie chart but i could only see selections as MetricType in both “Dimensions” and “Metrics” dropdown.
When i click on review, it shows empty pie chart.
Can you help me with how i can get different dimensions slicing successintents, failedintents and other MetricType parameters.
How is data going to be represented?
I would like to know how to use the metrics to get the required slicing on success intents and other parameters(metrics) such as userID and how to run them in the custom dashboard.

  1. How can i get the User count for each day?
  2. Is there any metrics that can be used for getting the User count and recurring users who chat with the bot?
  3. Can i get a metrics/count of user who have clicked on 2 quick replies(thumbs up and thumbs down - feedbacks)
