Hi All,
while trying to fetch the list of tasks triggered by using task type function in select and group by fields I am also getting random faq questions from knowledge graph other than count of faq, small talk, dilog tasks, information or action tasks and alert tasks. Attaching screen shot for the same.
Please let me know how I can remove them from my dashboard.
We have tried replicating the issue at our end in another bot.
The Task types are displayed appropriately.
Also, as per the reference from your shared bot with our team, we could observe that the FAQ’s related to “eligibility for meal voucher” and “how to get my original contract” are mentioned as “Deleted Task” in the Analyse > Metrics.
So, we would like to know if you have deleted the FAQ’s or perfomed anyother operation on the FAQ’s.
We would also suggest you to Train the Knowledge graph and then check the Widget configuration.
