Hi Team, we are also participating in this. As we are in last phase of the development, since today morning we are facing one issue on the platform. We have configured the Live Agent and providing ngrok url in the platform. It was perfectly working till yesterday. We are observing from today Morning, platform is by passing the Live Agent Transfer Node and reaching to end of dialog directly. There is no logs generated even on the platform. Is there anything going on the platform or any deployment?

I have checked that the agent transfer is working as fine. Do you see the issue in a particular scenario? If you need further help I would recommend that you share your bot export, explain the sequence of utterances and share the botkit code also over a ticket.
